Couteaux Piémontais

Le couteau piémontais est un couteau pliant à friction, le manche est en différentes essences de bois ou en corne selon les modèles. La lentille permet de sécuriser avec le pouce ou l’index, la lame, le couteau lame ouverte, la hache en inox est visée. Les lames sont forgées en acier 100cr6 ou damas.
